21 TRAVEL AND OTHER EMPLOYEE EXPENSE PAYMENTS Other Employee Expenses Dues/ Subscriptions Accounting: There is a $600 allotment amount available for administrators and supervisors per the Unit II negotiated contract for memberships, subscriptions and conference dues. The Finance Accounting Associate I is responsible for updating the Subscriptions/ Dues spreadsheet on an ongoing basis to track and account for such fees/dues. The Comptroller provides oversight to this process and is responsible for any authorizations needed from a central Finance Department perspective.
