WEB FORM CAPITAL ASSET CHANGE REQUESTS Entering Web form Capital Asset Transfer Request The capital asset change webform should be used for disposals or transfers of capital assets (assets costing over $1,000), as well as, for additions of assets if purchased with funds other than those provided by the Board of Education. (i.e. PTA or school activity funds) A. First, log onto the capital assets changes webform via the IFAS dashboard. B. Next, select whether it’s a disposal, addition, or transfer and fill in as much information about the item as you can. C. Complete the "to location" if transferring an asset to another school, otherwise, leave it blank.
