Your time with us will be a pleasant and rewarding experience. Charles H. Chipman is a Title I school that instructs approximately 300 Pre-Kindergarten 4 through Grade 1 students. This handbook provides information that will answer questions you may have about school policies and procedures. We encourage you to read it and to file it for future reference.
