Maryland and Delaware Bi-State Agreement There is an agreement between the Maryland State Board of Education, the Wicomico County Board of Education, and the Delaware Department of Education allowing students from Delmar Maryland and Delmar Delaware school zone to receive all educational services within the same school setting. In addition to this agreement for educational services, there is also a one-time option provided to all Delmar, Maryland residents living in the Delmar school zone providing grade 4 students an opportunity to matriculate into the Delmar Middle and High School in Delmar Delaware.
