This form is used to verify an individual’s eligibility for employment in the United States and must be completed within three (3) working days from the date of hire. Failure to complete said form and present documents necessary to prove eligibility for employment in the United States will constitute a violation of your employment with Wicomico County Public Schools and may call for your immediate dismissal. Tuberculin Tests and X-Rays (Adopted 06/10/97) An individual who has tuberculosis in a communicable state may not work in any capacity in a public school. Employees will be required to complete a questionnaire before beginning employment.
